Orders are posted from Monday - Saturday with Royal Mail

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched so you should know when to expect it. 

Please take into consideration production times with personalised products when ordering to ensure your item(s) arrive in time. If you need an order urgently, drop us a little message and we'll try work something out for you! 

Royal Mail are undergoing strikes through December so delays may occur, please do take the time to check, www.royalmail.com/latest-news

 

But if you're still awaiting your order 7 days from your dispatch date, please contact us via email info@bymeandreena.co.uk with your order number and we'll do our best to help with your order! 

Refund Policy

Please carefully read before placing your order with us! 

Our Terms and Conditions will apply to all contracts for the sale of goods and services to you. Once your order has been placed with By Me and Reena, the acceptance of our terms will take place at which and a contract will exist between yourself and By Me and Reena.

All items created By Me and Reena are personalised and made to order, regrettably we cannot provide refunds.  

Once your item has been received by Royal Mail and your proof of postage has been obtained or your tracking ID has been updated, we can no longer be held responsible for your item. 

 

However if you’re not happy with your item, or your item arrives damaged/ faulty, please send email your concerns to info@bymeandreena.co.uk 

 

For damaged/ faulty items, we will need photographic evidence within 24 hours of receiving your item so please attach the images to your email. Please remember damages are most likely to take place at point of postage, so we cannot be held liable for this, and refunds will not be given on that basis.
